H-Sphere 3.5 Upgrade

The H-Sphere control panel will be upgraded to version 3.5
which introduces many bug fixes and enhancements. H-Sphere 3.4
introduces Windows 2008 RS with IIS7.5 During the upgrade, the
control panel will be unavailable.
